Payment Policy:
-All orders less than $100 must be paid in full.
-Orders of $100 + require a 50% deposit.
**Please note- Your balance must be paid before your pickup date.
Pickup Policy Pickup Notification: Please let us know when you’re on your way to pick up your order, so we can have it packaged and ready for a smooth handoff. Order Pickup Times: All pre-orders must be picked up during regular business hours(Unless other arrangements have been made) Tuesday - Sunday 11am-5pm Order Lead Time: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all custom orders. Some items may require additional time depending on complexity and availability. ** Same-day orders may be accepted, depending on availability. Please text me to inquire. 806-548-9376 Pickup Window: Orders will be held for pickup up to the end of the business day on the scheduled pickup date. Please notify us as soon as possible if you’re running late. Late Pickups & No-Shows: •If an order is not picked up on the scheduled date, it may not be guaranteed fresh the following day. •Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be discarded or donated, and refunds will not be issued. **If an arrangement is made for you to pay in cash & you are a no-show, ALL future orders will need to be prepaid. **I accept cash transactions at my discretion** Changes: •Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup. Refunds & Replacements: Please note: No refunds will be given once an order has been picked up. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will gladly offer a replacement to make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. **If we cancel your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued. Third-Party Pickup: If someone else is picking up your order, please ensure they have the correct name and order details. We are not responsible for orders once they leave the premises. Communication Policy: Communication is key! When you are given a pickup time, you must confirm within 20 minutes. If we do not receive confirmation, your pickup time may be adjusted based on availability. **NO order is confirmed until payment is made & a pick up time is given. If you are driving, busy, or unable to respond right away, please wait until it’s more convenient to complete your order. Thank you😊
