Placing Order
Allow a maximum of three days for any response to new order requests on all platforms. All orders will be completed through this site. Please check calendar for availability prior to placing any inquiries. Custom Cakes: Please fill out questionnaire for all custom cake orders to better equip us with details to fulfill the orders. Orders are not confirmed until a deposit is received.
Payments
An initial 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due ONE WEEK prior to pick up. Deposits are only accepted from customers who have already been quoted and confirmed the requested date is available. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. Acceptable forms of payments include Cash, ATH Móvil , Zelle, And PayPal.
Delivery
Delivery option is available for a fee. The minimum delivery fee is $15. Sweet Surrender VI is not responsible for any damages to your order once delivery and setup is complete. You are responsible for securing your desserts on an appropriate surface and ensuring the environment is at a suitable temperature for all desserts. Cakes are to be at Cool Area Or refrigerated.

We provide shipping to the following locations: St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands Tortola, British Virgin Islands Shipping costs start at $25.00 PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to the continental United States at this time.
Rush Fee
Orders are typically booked 2 weeks in advance. Rush orders of 5 days or less will only be fulfilled depending on availability and subject to a convenience fee based on the complexity. Our convenience fee starts at $40.00.
