Allergens:
Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options are available, but I must be made aware of any allergies at time of order. All products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy & nuts. I have had extensive allergen training during my years working as a chef, so cross contamination efforts will always be taken very seriously. However, I cannot guarantee there won't be traces.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct allergen information is passed on to those who consume products made by Sweet Surprises by Jessi
Deposits & Payment:
Due to the personalisation of orders I require a non refundable deposit at time of booking. All orders are not confirmed until I have received your deposit. If deposit isn't paid at the time of order then the date will not be reserved and the order will not be confirmed. Your deposit also secures any given qoute. You can, if you wish, pay in full at your time of order. You may ammend your order at any time up to 14 days before it's due date.
I reserve the right to retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before your due date. For any reason, in the unlikely event I cannot fulfil your order, your deposit and any other funds given will be refunded back to you in full.
Damages:
Please note I cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur once the products have left my possession. Everything is triple checked, leaving my property in the correct condition. All cakes are supported with dowels with the correct boards and boxes to maintain their structure. Care instructions are placed on all products to help ensure you care for you products to the best ability at home. It is your responsibility to carry and transport the bakes correctly and in the right conditions as advised. Extra care must be taken during hotter days. I cannot offer replacements or refunds if damage occurs.
For postal orders I spend a lot of time, money, care and extra packaging to help secure your products, to keep them from making little to no movement in transit to avoid damages. However, in some cases damage occurs when the boxes are handled incorrectly by the courier, and this is completely out of my control. In the unlikely event that this happens I cannot issue refunds or replacements.
