Capabilities & Pricing
Price varies depending on details required for your order.
50% Deposits are due at the time order is place for pickup orders greater than $50.
Shipping orders require full payment.
Remaining balances are due (1) week before order is set to be due.
🚨No work will begin without proper deposit and/or full payment.🚨
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS unless something is wrong on my end or tragedy on your end.
Lead time for small orders is (1) day.
Any party treats or large orders must be scheduled at least (2) weeks in advance and paid in full (1) week before your desired due date.

Policies
Deposit Policy
Deposits are required for all orders. Deposits are half of your overall total. Deposits will go towards your overall total. Deposits are non-refundable (excluding emergencies). Failure to submit your deposit within 24 hours of receiving the invoice will result in your order not being confirmed.
Pick Up Policy
Customers must pick up their order(s) at their scheduled pick-up time. Each customer will be given a 30-minutes to 1-hour grace period to pick up their order(s) after their scheduled pick-up time unless other arrangements have been made. If a customer does not pick up their order by their scheduled pick-up time, their orders may be placed on display for another customer to purchase .
Rush Orders
Any order that needs to be completed the same day or the next day is considered a rush order and will be subjected to an additional 25% fee added to the overall total .
