Nope — Sweet Rebel Sweets is proudly run under Wisconsin’s Cottage Food Law. That means everything is baked fresh in my home kitchen, just like Grandma taught me.
Do you have a business license?
Yes! Sweet Rebel Sweets is registered as an LLC for your peace of mind. We take food safety and quality seriously, even though we’re a home-based bakery.
What does “Cottage Food Law” mean?
It means we can legally bake and sell homemade treats directly to you — no middleman, no big commercial kitchen — just fresh, small-batch sweets.
Why do I have to request an order first?
Requesting an order ensures that I am fully equipt to fulfill your order in the time frame you need especially for custom orders! Please note I do work a full time job right now as well so it provides myself with planning and flexibility! Lead time can vary from same day to 4 days depending on what you need!
