We ask that you book any custom made cakes or treats 2 weeks in advance so we can better prepare for your special event. Please, do not hesitate to reach out for those last min orders. Policies Ordering & Deposits DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK, NO EXCEPTIONS-NO DEPOSIT NO ORDER. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Deposit is due same day of ordering (invoice will be sent). Changes to orders must be made a minimum of 1 week prior to pick up day. Date and/or time Changes are to be made ASAP & only 1 change. Please keep changes to a minimum so I can better prepare for your special day. Remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to pick up; invoices will be sent out via email or text. Pick up times are scheduled to fit both parties needs and schedules. Pick up times are to be respected, every 20 minutes late will have a $10 late pick up fee. 🚙Pickups🚙 I offer curbside pickup which means you do not have to leave your vehicle. I will bring your order out to you as soon I have been notify by you of your arrival. I ask that you give me a 5-10 minutes heads up upon arrival, This helps me from keeping you outside waiting. Once your order is out of my hands I AM NO LONGER REPSONSIBLE. Cake care instructions will be provided with your order or sent via email or text.
