We are committed to supporting and donating a portion of our proceeds to advance research toward finding a cure for Huntington’s disease. Through every sweet treat we share, we strive to spread kindness, raise awareness, and contribute hope for families affected by this disease. Every dessert we make is meant to celebrate life’s sweetest moments, and honor those facing the challenges of Huntington’s disease as well as help science move closer to a cure.

Capabilities & Pricing
PAYMENTS:
Payments are due upon ordering.
PICK UP TIMES:
Confirmation of pick up time will be sent once payment has been received.
On the day of pick up, all items must be received within 1 hour of scheduled time.
DELIVERY:
Minimum order for delivery is $35.
Delivery is only available on weekends, Saturday or Sunday between 8-12. Your desired day/time may not be available; if this occurs, we will notify you to schedule a time slot that is open.
It is recommended for someone to be home to receive the order. If not, your package will be left by the door and you will be notified via the contact information given when ordering. If items are left outside, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the items. These will not be replaced or refunded.
Within 5 miles: $10 delivery
6–10 miles: $15 delivery
Beyond 10 miles: Contact for availability and custom quote.
CANCELATIONS & RETURNS:
No returns, refunds or exchanges are offered on consumable products once they have been delivered or picked up by the customer.
Cancelations must be made 7 days prior for a full refund. Otherwise, orders are eligible for 25% refund up to 3 days prior to due date.
No returns, refunds or exchanges are permitted within 2 days of due date.
Policies
Shipping/Pick Up
All Products are not available for shipping. Shipping Policy Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom and large-volume orders may require additional processing time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping Days: To help ensure freshness, orders are generally shipped Monday–Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday to avoid extended transit times over weekends. Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS and/or UPS with tracking provided by email once your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Warm Weather Disclaimer: Because our products may be sensitive to heat, melting, or humidity, we are not responsible for cosmetic damage caused by exposure to warm temperatures during transit or after delivery. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and bring packages indoors promptly upon delivery. During warmer months, insulated packaging and ice packs may be added for an additional fee. Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Returned packages may require additional shipping charges for reshipment. Delayed or Lost Packages: Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delays caused by USPS/UPS are outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. We will assist where possible. Returns & Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Local Pickup is recommended. Customers will receive pickup instructions once the order is ready. Orders not picked up within the stated pickup window may be discarded without refund due to food safety concerns.
