●All orders must be prepaid and are non-refundable. ●All orders are subject to being photographed and/or videotaped and shared publicly for advertising, without compensation to you. Exceptions may be discussed prior to order completion. ●Any orders not picked up or undeliverable will have a 24-hour grace period to reschedule before being donated to a community organization.

Custom orders include choice of cookie flavor, theme, and up to 3 photos. 1 dozen minimum for custom orders. Pricing guidelines: Boxed sets of a dozen $36 Boxed sets of ½ dozen (as an add-on only) $18 Individually boxed $4 each, 1 dozen minimum *Custom designs that require gold or molded accents, hand painting, image purchases, etc. may have an additional charge. Any charges above my base fee will be described on your invoice. You will receive my invoice through Square Payments processing services. This will allow you to pay via major credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App. All cookies are individually heat-sealed for freshness and presented in a window box ready for gifting.

All of my sugar cookies are handmade from scratch! An ingredient list will be provided with every order. I'd be happy to answer any specific ingredient related questions prior to ordering. Most of my cookies are 3" in size. Some are slightly larger or smaller depending on cutter size or to make sets more esthetically pleasing. All of my cookies are individually handmade, and therefore, no two will be exactly alike. This includes slight variations in color of icing, design, images, and/or embellishments. Images are created with edible ink and frosting sheets that are then applied to each cookie. Because of the custom nature of my product, all orders must be prepaid and are non-refundable. Orders are available for free pick up in South Central Wisconsin. Delivery may be available depending on the order date and location. Orders within the state of Wisconsin are eligible for priority shipping at an additional fee. Because I am a Cottage Food establishment and follow my state's guidelines, orders may ONLY be shipped to Wisconsin addresses.

Sweet Nirvana Creations is not responsible for quality issues if proper storage instructions are not followed.

These cookies are made using gluten-free baking flour prior to any other baking that day. These are NOT made in a gluten-free facility using gluten-free equipment.
