Hi, I’m Esther, the passionate owner and baker behind Sweet N SourDough Bakery. For over five years, I’ve enjoyed baking in my home for friends and family, and now it brings me joy to do it for you! I've dedicated myself to mastering the art of sourdough baking. My love for sourdough goes beyond its delightful taste—it’s a magical ingredient that enhances digestion, benefits diabetes management, and adds a unique twist to every baked good. I use the natural Levain in everything I bake.

My goal is to create sourdough gluten-free options as well as provide sourdough classes for those who wish to bake for themselves.

Sourdough isn’t just a passion; it’s a way of life for me. When I’m not in my kitchen, I'm chasing my little ones around. My husband and I have 4 little ones aging 6, 4, 2, & 1yr I also love to garden and stay active. I’m thrilled to share my sourdough creations with you and look forward to serving your baking needs and desires!

Placing Your Order:

To ensure the highest quality and attention to each order, I accept a limited number of orders weekly.

My order window opens every weekend for pick up the following week. My ordering window closes upon reaching maximum capacity or at the specified closing times for each location, Whichever comes first. I have several drop site locations. I am always looking to bring my sourdough to your town, so if you have a drop site location recommendation or a delivery person who goes to and from Rock Rapids, I would love to know this!

•Sibley- Pick up at Grace Boutique

• Larchwood: Pick up at American Hero Boutique

When ordering, please choose the DATE on the calendar that coincides with your pick-up date/location you are picking up on your order form. Thank you!

Payment:

You will receive an invoice and choices for payment after I accept the order request. (Sometimes, this takes time) I require full payment at time of ordering. I accept any credit card/debit card, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal.

Policies:

Lead Time: Please allow a typical lead time of 48 hours minimum when making special orders for events, parties, etc.

Pick-Up Schedule & Considerations:

If you’re unable to pick up during the times listed above, please contact me directly to arrange an alternative.
