Is a deposit required? Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Do you offer tastings? Yes. Cake tasting boxes are available for weddings and special events (by appointment). Can you recreate a cake from Pinterest? Each cake is handcrafted and designed specifically for your event. Do you use fondant? Yes, when the design calls for it. Most cakes are finished in buttercream unless otherwise requested. ⸻ 📍 Pickup & Storage Where are you located? Boerne, Texas Sweet Memories operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law. This means: • All products are made in my home kitchen • The kitchen is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services • I cannot ship products • I sell directly to customers for pickup or local delivery only Do you deliver? Delivery is available for weddings and large events for an additional fee. How should I store my cake?
