I run an at-home bakery in Heritage Hills neighborhood located in Amarillo, TX.
How many orders do you take per week?
Because I also work a full time job, I typically take 1–3 custom orders per week, depending on size and complexity. Booking early is the best way to secure your preferred date.
What are your pickup details?
All orders are pickup only from our home in Amarillo. Pickup instructions and exact address are provided after order confirmation. Please include your preferred date and 1–2 hour pickup window when submitting your order. Weekday pickups are typically after 5 pm.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We make everything in a home kitchen that processes gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts, so we cannot guarantee allergen-free, only allergy sensitive. Please let us know of dietary needs; we can sometimes adjust flavors, but options are limited.
Can I request a custom flavor?
Yes! We offer limited custom flavors depending on weekly availability. Popular flavor combinations are always available; premium or seasonal requests may require extra notice or upcharge.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be submitted through our Bakesy website. You’ll select your items, flavors, sizes, pickup date, and any optional add-ons. After submitting, we’ll confirm your order and payment.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available for custom orders only and is subject to availability. An up charge will be added to the total.
Do you offer wholesale or large events?
Yes! Large orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at least 3–4 weeks in advance for pricing and availability.
We also offer wholesale products when purchasing in bulk.
Do you use royal icing for your decorated cookies?
No, I have found that royal icing can jeopardize the freshness and taste of my cookies; therefore, I use a custom cookie buttercream. This allows for a softer bite and richer taste.
For those wanting the more “polished” look of royal icing, I offer rolled buttercream as a small up-charge.
What is rolled buttercream?
Rolled buttercream gives the product the smooth, polished look of fondant or royal icing, but with the soft texture and delicious taste of real buttercream.
