Please Read! Booking & Payment Due: •Pre-Sales: Presale orders must be paid in full to confirm the order. •Custom Orders: All orders $50 and under must be paid in FULL within 48 hours of ordering. For orders over $50, a 50% non refundable retainer is required. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to when your order is to be picked up. I will not start an order unless the balance is paid in full. Refunds: I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the retainer payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as supplies have been ordered/purchased. Delivery: Unless otherwise agreed upon, all orders are pick-up only. Dates and times for pre-sales will be posted on my facebook page and order links. Changes: Order changes may be made up to 10 days prior to pick up date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and additional fees may apply. Inspiration: Pictures are the best way to let me know what you are looking for. Please keep in mind my creations will not be exact, but I will try to keep it close. Color Matching: Colors are tricky. Again, pictures help me to get an idea of what colors you want and I will do my best to match colors from your inspiration photos or color swatches Order Minimums: I require a minimum order of 1 dozen cookies. Say Cheese! After your event, I usually post images of my creations on social media. If you had rather me not post your purchased items, please let me know. Cottage Food Laws/Allergies: I am a home baker operating under the Tennessee Cottage Baker Food Law and am not subject to routine government food safety inspections. I can assure you that every possible care is taken to ensure clean and sanitary conditions. Please be aware that food may contain, or come in contact with, common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, or peanuts.
