Cookies are baked to order. They have a shelf life of 10-14 days if they remained individually wrapped.
Can cookies be frozen?
Our cookies freeze very well for several weeks. Best if kept in original packaging and placed in a freezer sealable bag.
Are vegan and gluten free options available ?
Yes. There is an extra charge for these options.
Do cookies come individually wrapped ?
Yes. Each cookie is individually wrapped with ingredient label on the back.
How do I pay my invoice?
Upon submitting your order request, you will receive two emails. The first will be an email from Bakesy confirming your request. This is not your invoice.
You will then receive an email from Square. This email contains your invoice and payment link. This email may not come through immediately, and it is sometimes delivered to your junk/spam folder, so please monitor your email.
Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a physical storefront for you to visit, but meeting you all is one of our favorite things. If you live in the local Orlando area, you can visit us at the Windermere Farmer’s Market on Fridays and in the Villages on most Saturdays. We would love to meet you!
