Reserve your calendar early to guarantee availability. Shipping & Final Payment All Cookie Countdown Calendars will ship in November to ensure they arrive in time for the holiday season. Your remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment. Orders with an outstanding balance will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. Refund & Cancellation Policy All calendars are handcrafted and made to order. Because they are edible products, all sales are final. Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Sweet Lady Dayne is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or handling by the mail carrier. Refunds will not be issued for orders damaged in transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the damaged cookies. While we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund, we are happy to review each situation individually and will do our best to help whenever possible.
