50% Deposit is due at time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until deposits are paid. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Deposits may be considered for change in delivery date at Sweet Konfections managers discretion and availability to accommodate the change of date. Date changes being requested must be received with a minute of 1 week prior to date of the original scheduled delivery date. Final payment due in full 2 weeks prior to order date. Failure to submit final payment on or before specified date may result int cancellation of order and NO REFUND will be considered. Customers are responsible for contacting Sweet Konfections if additional accommodations are needed.

$10.00 min for up to 10miles, after 10 miles we charge an additional $0.62/mile. Orders over $250 free delivery within acceptable distance.

Sweet Konfections do our best to prepared ahead of time we request any changes needed after confirming your order be made with a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the date of delivery. Some accommodations can be considered but are not guaranteed.

Sweet Konfections take pride in creating original designs to make our customers special occasions memorable. Inspired photos submitted by our customers are used to inspire the theme and or design being requested. Sweet Konfections is unable to copy another creative bakers design this is illegal and considered “plagiarism”. Sweet Konfections will commit to creating an original design just for your event.
