DESIGN 1. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure names, dates and/or age is entered/spelled correctly when ordering. 2. We can not guarantee the submitting design or color will come out exactly the same. However we will aim to come as close as possible. 3. We reserved the rights to change the design at any point, if the circumstances are beyond our control or may compromise the quality of the finished cake; we consulted you on significant changes. 4. Any amendment to the cake can be accommodated 7 day before the collections and/or delivery, any increase in cost that may arise from alterations will be charged accordingly. SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGIES 1. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any food allergies, when placing the order. 2. Cake may be using gluten, dairy egg free, however, it should be noted that while these cake the first made on any day, they are made in the same kitchen using the same (very throughly cleaned) equipment as the standard cakes. PAYMENT 1. When ordering a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. 2. The deposit will be applied to the total balance. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. If you cancel your order for any reason 7 days before the date of the event the deposit is non-refundable,however under any circumstances the deposit can be transferred to secure another date. This is subject to availability. 2. Due the cancellation any items purchased for your cake will charged.
