All orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance.
Custom orders are confirmed only after deposit is received.
Ready-to-order items must be purchased directly through my website/shop link.
Ready-to-order sets (like seasonal/holiday specials) are sold as shown.
Flavors may be chosen, but colors and themes cannot be changed.
Custom designs are available through the “Custom Order Request” form.
I love working with your ideas and inspiration photos, but please note: I cannot guarantee an exact replica.
Every order is handmade, and designs may vary slightly in color, style, or detail.
Inspiration photos will be used as a guide, but your order will have my own creative touch.
Custom orders are confirmed only once details and deposit are finalized.
Full payment is required at checkout for ready-to-order items. (Such as seasonal orderings).
Custom orders may require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due 1 week before pickup or delivery.
Orders are not started until deposit is received.
Local delivery may be available for an additional fee based on distance from Parker, CO. If the agreed upon day is a day I am already in Brighton, fee is not applied.
Delivery must be scheduled and confirmed at the time of ordering.
If no one is available to accept the delivery at the agreed-upon time, the order will be returned and will need to be picked up. A re-delivery fee may apply. If you have us leave the delivery at your door, we are not responsible for theft or damage caused.
Once items are delivered, I am no longer responsible for handling, storage, or damages.
Cake pops are best enjoyed within 7 days.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Let come to room temperature for 30 minutes to soften the chocolate.
Cookies are best enjoyed within 5 days. Keep in an airtight container out of direct sunlight.
Cookie cakes are best enjoyed within 2 days. We deliver the product to you wrapped in a box, keep it wrapped until serving to keep buttercream fresh. You can refrigerate- but you don’t need to. Allow 30 minutes to come to room temperature.
Pickup is available at my location in Brighton, CO. Address is sent 1 week before pickup.
Pickup times are scheduled when your order is confirmed or 1 week before. We understand schedules are tough and try to accommodate as best we can to everyone!
Please arrive on time; I cannot guarantee storage outside of your scheduled window.
Once items are picked up, I am no longer responsible for handling, storage, or damages.
Cancellations made 7+ days before pickup may be eligible for a partial refund (deposit is non-refundable).
Cancellations within 7 days of pickup are not eligible for a refund. If you had a family emergency, please reach out to us. We can be flexible. We also are flexible on rescheduling vs cancellation.
No refunds or replacements will be given for missed pickups.
All items are made in a home kitchen that processes common allergens (wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, soy).
I cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.
Some products are gluten friendly, but not 100% gluten free due to cross contamination in our oven.
