Once I review the details, I’ll confirm availability. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! I’ll work with you to bring your vision to life. You’ll receive a sketch of the design and final approval photos before pickup/delivery.
Do you offer allergen-free options?
Some allergy-friendly options (like gluten-free) may be available upon request, but my kitchen is not allergen-free. Please message me directly to discuss!
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available within a limited area for an additional fee. Pickup is always free and located in Maple Valley!
Do you take last minute orders?
Depending on my schedule, I might be able to squeeze something in! It’s always best to book 1-2 weeks in advance to guarantee your spot though 💕
Refund policy?
50% deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your date and cover prep work. The remaining balance becomes non-refundable 24 hours after delivery or pickup. If something’s not right, please reach out within that window so I can do my best to fix it!
What if I want a flavor that isn’t listed?
Custom flavor requests are always welcome! If there’s a flavor you’re looking for that isn’t currently offered, feel free to reach out. If the ingredients are available and the request is approved, I’ll be happy to accommodate. Please note that specialty flavors may include a small additional charge to account for non-standard supplies.
