The amount of your payment at the time of requesting your order has to be paid in full in order for us to begin your order.
Can you customize my order?
The only thing at this time that can be “customized” are the mixed cookie packs and the mixed cinnamon roll packs. You can choose your choice of flavors.
When can I expect my order?
Once you have paid in full, you can expect your order to be completed within the next 2 days. There are exceptions, like, bigger orders that may need more time. This can be discussed at the time of ordering.
Do you offer delivery services?
Of course! If you live with 15 miles of Rosharon, Tx, we waive the delivery fee. If you live 15-25 miles outside of this area, the fee will be $10. You can also pick your order up by meeting me within the 15 miles radius at no charge.
Can you do large orders, like for weddings?
Yes! Large orders must be discussed beforehand so that we can give you the best rate that you are comfortable with.
Do you offer refunds or cancellation?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds due to our products being perishable items.
We understand that things come up that will prompt a need to cancel but once the order is placed and paid, the order can not be cancelled.
How should I store my treats?
Your treats can be stored at room temperature, covered to extend freshness. You can also store cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator if you’re concerned with the icing melting. When you’re ready to eat it, just place it in the microwave for about 15-30 seconds.
Do you ship your products?
Currently at this time, we do not but we hope to do so soon!
