Custom Orders- must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Larger or event orders may require more notice. Rush Orders- Subject to availability and may include a rush fee. Minimum Order Requirements- $15-28 ** Split dozens are no longer available for 1 dozen cupcakes.** If you are inquiring on split flavors for cupcake orders you are allowed up to two flavors per 2 dozen.

Orders canceled 7 days or more in advance may receive a credit towards a future order. No refunds for missed pickups or last- minute cancellations. All deposits are non-refundable.

If you wish for your order to be delivered outside of WILSON NC, there will be a $25 delivery fee added to your total payment. May vary depending on the distance to your location.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. No order is booked until payment is received. Remaining balance is due 24-48 hours before pickup/delivery. Pickup address is not provided until order is paid in full. Cash is no longer acceptable the day of pickup/delivery

Please allow up to 24 hours for responses to messages or emails. Business hours are from 09:00am-06:00pm Tuesday- Saturday. Once your order is confirmed, please use ONE method of communication (email or social media) to avoid missed details.

Our #1 priority is to keep all of our customers safe. We are NOT a nut-free or allergen-free kitchen. Products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. It is the customers responsibility to notify us of any food allergy.

⏰ Pickup Times: All orders must be picked up at the scheduled time provided at checkout or agreed upon in our message. Please double-check the date and time when your order is confirmed. 🚗 Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for pickups. If you’re running late, please call or message me before your pickup time. 💵 Late Pickups: Pickups later than 15 minutes without notice may be subject to a $10 late fee or rescheduling at my discretion, depending on availability. ❌ No-Shows: Orders not picked up within 1 hour of the scheduled time without communication will be considered forfeited and non-refundable. Custom cakes and perishables cannot be stored long-term and will be discarded. 📲 Communication is Key: Please keep me updated if you're delayed! I understand that life happens, but timely communication helps me continue delivering excellent service to everyone.

We reserve the right to photograph our baked goods and use them for promotional purposes on our website and social media pages. If you prefer your order NOT to be shared please let us know when placing order.

While we work diligently to make sure our customers are satisfied with their order. When providing inspiration pictures, please note it will not look identical to what you have provided. We are still learning & growing! We will do our best to make sure you receive quality treats! We wholeheartedly appreciate you for trusting us with your order.
