My shipping days are Monday’s so you should receive your cookies between 2-4 buisness days prior to Monday. Please take note that once I ship out your orders it is out of my hands and not my responsibility.

You can order from my website when it opens on Tuesdays through Friday’s.
How do I contact you?
You can contact me for any other questions you have, all you have to do is press the menu button ( the three bars) and press contact and send me a message.
Does your cookies have allergens?
On my home screen I have listed all the common allergens that are in the cookies. Also, every one of my cookies are labeled with all the ingredients used.
How do I take care of my cookies when I receive them?
Please do not place them in the refrigerator, it will make them hard. You can leave them out in a room temperature room, but place them in an air tight container. They taste better when reheated, to reheat them, place them in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds.
How long are your cookies good for?
Our cookies are good up to 5-7 days. Each cookie that is freshly baked is packaged in a plastic bag that is heat sealed to contain the freshness.
Where do you ship to?
Currently I only ship nationwide, so only in the U.S.
How much is the shipping fee?
Every order has a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99
Do you do free pick-ups?
Yes, I do offer free pick-ups so you don’t have to pay a shipping fee. I am located in Katy TX, so if your around this will be great for you! The pick-up location is on my home screen towards the bottom. You need to message me at 346-254-0426, to place a pick-up order, and say you would like to place a pick-up order.
Are your cookies cake mix cookies?
No, these cookies are homemade, and baked with love. They are made from scratch.

I am a teenbaker, starting high school and I am fulfilling my dreams of opening up my own cookie shop. Starting off small with the love and support of my family. I always loved baking, i’ve been baking since I was a little girl and I loved every second of it. I am very dedicated to this cookie buisness and I am very confident in my product. I do have my food handlers card.
Will you be adding more flavors?
Of course!! I will definitely be adding more cookie flavors, and even seasonal flavors for a limited time.
Shipping confirmation and tracking number?
Once I ship out the orders, I will send an email out to you with your tracking number. Sweet Dreamz Treatz is NOT responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, once I ship out the cookies it is out of my hands.
Damages?
I am not responsible for any damage or lost packages, I securely and safely package the cookies in bubble wrap and added fragile stickers. If your order arrived damaged or lost please contact the shipment carrier and file a report.
Return policy?
Since our cookies are baked fresh and shipped the next day in heat sealed bags, we do not take returns due to the product being not consumable after being sent back.
