Can I pay my order in cash?
We're sorry to say we do not accept cash to ensure tracking of our orders and to provide a safety net for us and our clients. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and all major debit and credit cards.
Is everything REALLY made to order?
Yes! We rarely have any surplus, overstock, or spare bakes. Freshness is our promise to you! We make just about everything from scratch and take pride in using the freshest ingredients in our desserts.
Do you deliver? If so, how far?
Yes! We deliver within 40 miles. Please specify your address so we may calculate your delivery rate. Our rates start at $7 per first 15 miles. ••Please allow a 30 minute time frame from your delivery time for unforeseen events such as accidents and traffic.
My order was ruined. I want a refund.
Unfortunately, we do not give refunds. If the order was ruined (melted, dropped, deemed inedible, etc.) by an uncontrolled event* before turning it over to you, we will remake the affected part or completely remake your order if not salvagable. If you do not want the same product, we will give you credit in desserts amounting to what you paid with free delivery. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with our service.
*Uncontrolled events do not include/apply to customers who have been given their dessert in perfect condition. Once your dessert is in your hands, car, or picked up by someone you designated- it is your responsibility and we are no longer liable. We appreciate your trust.
