How long does it take to receive my order?
• Local Orders: Same-day pickup or delivery (based on availability).
• Shipped Orders: 2-day turnaround after order confirmation.
• NO WEEKEND SHIPPING. Orders placed FRIDAY-SUNDAY will ship the following week to ensure quality.
Can I customize my order?
Yes! Use our “Build Your Case” cookie option to customize your base, stuffing, add-ins, and drizzle.
Can I mix and match treats?
Yes! You can build pack boxes of cookies, brownies, or cake — or create combo boxes. Mixed packs are custom, so pricing reflects the extra work.
Do you offer refunds or changes?
No refunds. If you made a mistake on your order, contact us ASAP. We’ll try to help before it’s too late.
Do your products contain allergens?
Yes. Our treats are made in a kitchen that uses milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

How should I store my treats?
• Cookies & Brownies: Room temp in airtight container (up to 5 days)
• Cake & Puddings: Refrigerate and enjoy within 3–4 days
• All items can be frozen
for longer storage. Just thaw before serving.
What if I’m late for my pickup?
Let us know ASAP if you’re running late. Orders not claimed within 24 hours may be discarded — no refunds.
