If you are late picking up a order, please call ahead of time and inform me you are late. If you are more than 30 minutes late, a storage fee of $15 will be charged.
Can I pick my cake up at a later date than previously scheduled?
-Yes, but there is a storage fee of $35 per day
Why is my total different from the prices on the price list?
-The prices on the price list sheet are starting prices only. Your cake is customizable to your specific design and cake flavor.
Can I request a delivery?
-ABSOLUTELY! However, there is a $125 minimum order. Delivery fee is .52 per mile + $15. No more than 15 miles
I need to make a last minute change. How can I change my order?
-If the order has not started, you can absolutely change your flavor or design within reason.
I need to cancel my cake and would like a refund.
-A refund cannot be possible if the order has started. The deposit will be applied to a future order.
The date I need the cake for is not available. Can I put in a rush order?
-Yes, however there is a $60 rush fee.
What are you serving sizes?
-The servings chart is listed in gallery.
My cake fell/is messed up. Can you fix it?
-Once order leaves my hands into yours, the cake/order is no longer my responsibility. It is up to the customer to handle all items with care per instructions given at time of pickup. Orders can be fixed, with a fee of $100, plus customer must drop off damaged items and pick up fixed product. Depending on damage done, some orders may require more special attention which may result in higher fees.
