Please note, deposits and/or full payment, if applicable, must be made within 24 hours of invoice being sent. Final payments are due 7 days before pickup date & payments not made by the scheduled due date by 11:00 AM WILL incur a $40 late fee until the next morning. If payment is still not made by 11:00 AM the next morning, WITH LATE FEE IN FULL, this will result in your invoice being cancelled and any deposits made forfeited. ALL DEPOSITS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If invoice is cancelled for nonpayment and you request it to be sent again, a $40 rebooking fee will apply. However, rebooking an invoice is at the discretion of Sweet Confections By Jen.

Orders placed with less than a 10 day notice are due in full and are subject to a $50 rush fee.

Any changes made on orders with 7 days or less notice will result in a $40 inconvenience fee being applied to final balance.

PICKUP POLICY:

Pickup is in Stockbridge, GA and all orders are PICKUP ONLY**

Please note, your pickup time is your pickup time. If you have not picked up within 10 minutes of your pickup time, a $40 inconvenience fee WILL apply and order will not be released until fee is paid. Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled pickup time.
