This helps me stay organized :) 🧁When placing your order be as detailed as possible, the more I know the better I can bring your idea to life. 🧁Same week custom orders are subject to a rush fee if I’m able to accommodate. 🧁Please be deposit/payment ready when placing your order. 🧁Forms of payment include apple pay, cashapp, zelle and Venmo. 🧁 A non-refundable deposit is due within 24hrs of receiving your invoice in order to secure your date/order. Your invoice will cancel without notice if the deposit has not been received. 🧁Any order booked within a week of the due date is subject to full payment upfront. 🧁Your order/date is not secure if your non-refundable deposit has not been received. 🧁The balance for your order is due 48hrs prior to pick up. A curtesy reminder will be sent. 🧁All of my sweets are made fresh so once cake/order is complete I will gladly send pic via text, fb message etc prior to pickup. Please refrain from messaging for pics more than 24hrs prior to pickup, your cake/order isn’t ready just yet lol 🧁Just as I value your time, please value mine. Please come at your scheduled pickup time. Lateness will result in a fee that needs to be paid prior to pickup. Communication is key! 🧁Your deposit can be transferable to a later date if I have that opening available. 🧁Your date/order cannot be changed 7 days prior to the original scheduled date. 🧁Delivery is available for a fee 🧁Instructions will be given on how to transport and care for your cake/sweets. Please read thoroughly. 🧁Once your sweets leave my care I am no longer responsible for any mishaps (dropping, hard breaking while driving, warm temperatures etc.) 🧁If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out :)
