All pick-ups must be made before 12 pm on Saturday & Sunday.

We are not responsible for cakes picked up by someone other than the requestor. If the cake is damaged while in transport, we are also not responsible. Transporting instructions are given when the cake is handed over.

If a BURN CAKE is requested, please understand we are not liable for any incidents that occur from burning the cake. Please burn in an open, ventilated area that is free of flammable items.

DO NOT SMASH FACES INTO CAKE. Some cakes contain rods for support !!!!

RETAINER aka Deposit is NOT refundable as it secures your spot resulting in the need for me to decline others. Choosing to cancel then affects me securing other orders to replace your booking so the retainer/deposit is compensation for that.

$10 late fee if not picked up at scheduled time unless notified day prior.

Delivery fee varies based on mileage, quantity of items, and cake size.

Prices vary based on design style and complexity.

$15 fee for custom flavors.
