​Meet the Baker

​My love for baking didn’t start in a professional kitchen—it started when I was a little girl, surrounded by family, baking treats for Christmas. To this day, the warm, sweet aroma of baking snowball cookies instantly takes me back to those moments of pure joy.

​What began as a childhood tradition evolved into a deep passion in 2011. I started creating cakes for family and friends, driven by a simple desire to learn and experiment. With every tray that left my oven, my passion grew, and I found myself wanting to master the art of baking.

​I’m a traveler at heart, and everywhere I go, I seek out the local bakeries. Exploring unique desserts across the country completely reshaped my vision. It inspired me to push my boundaries and dive headfirst into the delicate, precise world of classic French pastry.

Today, I pour that inspiration into handcrafting everything from delicate macarons and rich frangipanes to perfectly laminated puff pastries.

​But at the end of the day, my biggest inspiration isn't the technique—it's you. I do this because I love making people happy. Knowing that a single piece of cake or a pastry I made can put a smile on your face is truly what makes my heart happy.
