Order Pickup Policy:

To ensure the freshest quality for all of our sourdough, all orders must be picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

Orders not picked up within this 24-hour window will be donated so that nothing goes to waste. No refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed orders.

Exceptions may be made only if communicated and approved prior to the scheduled pickup time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make exceptions after the pickup window has passed.

Payment is due 2 days before pickup if paying electronically.

Cash payments are due at pickup.
