These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with Sweet Blessings Bakery, you agree to these Terms. Orders: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Sweet Blessings Bakery reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion to maintain the integrity and quality of our offerings. Unless otherwise arranged directly with the bakery owner, all orders must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery. This ensures we can prepare your order with the attention, ingredients, and precision it deserves. Lead Times & Rush Orders: We understand that last-minute needs come up, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate! Our standard lead times are: 5 days for all orders. Rush Fee Breakdown: 15% per order. Please note: Rush availability is not guaranteed and depends on current production and order volume. All expedited requests are first come, first served. Rush fees reflect the additional time, materials, and scheduling adjustments required to fulfill your order without sacrificing quality. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations due to a scheduling conflict may be applied as a credit toward any future order. All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once an order is confirmed. Orders not picked up on time or abandoned without communication after completion will be considered forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases. Pickup and Delivery: Pickup: The address will be provided the day before your scheduled pickup. We are located in the Southeast Arlington area (ZIP code 76018). Pickup Times are limited to 10:30am - 3:30pm and 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Please ensure timely pickup to avoid an inconvenience fee of $10 every 15 minutes you are late. This fee is due upon arival to receive order. After 30 minutes, order will be considered abandoned and all payments will be forfeited. Delivery Services Enjoy the convenience of our premium delivery service for orders totaling $40 or more. A flat delivery fee of $40 applies to destinations within a 21-mile radius of our pickup location (76018). Complimentary delivery is graciously provided on orders of $300 or more within the qualifying service area. Orders below the $40 minimum, or those outside the delivery radius, are available for pickup at our designated location. We are pleased to ensure each order is prepared with care for a seamless pickup experience. Custom Orders: For custom orders, please provide detailed descriptions and/or reference images. Final designs may vary slightly due to the creative nature of our work. We aim to bring your vision to life while incorporating creative freedom to exceed your expectations. Additional fees for extra custom designs not covered under base price will be applied to the invoice. We don’t take this process lightly. Through extensive cost analysis, we meticulously calculate the price of every recipe to ensure our cakes and cupcakes are both reasonably priced for our customers and sustainable for our small business. Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and reserve your date. The remaining balance is due the day before the scheduled pick-up. *Exclusive/Limited Deal offers are to be paid in full to reserve your date. **Please note: your date is not reserved until payment is made. We recommend submitting the payment as soon as you receive your invoice. Dates can fill up quickly and availability is not guaranteed without payment.
