Ordering Notice:

Orders must be placed at least 3 weeks prior to your pickup date to ensure availability .

Deposit:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your order date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received .

Final Payment:

The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to pickup.

Cancellations:

Deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate your new date.

Pickup:

This is a pickup-only cottage bakery. Shipping is not available at this time. Pickup details will be provided prior to your order date. Once cookies leave my care, I am not responsible for damage.
