What kind of bake goods does Sweet Bee Bakery offer?
We currently offer custom decorated sugar cookies, cake pops, cupcakes, party cakes, drop cookies, brownies, cookies bars and chocolate dipped treats such as pretzels, strawberries, Oreos, rice crispy treats and more!
What type of events are baked goods for?
Any and all! We make treats for all types of celebrations from children and adult birthday parties, gender reveals, baby showers, bridal showers, bachelorette/bachelor parties, weddings, anniversaries, housewarming parties, corporate dessert tables, holiday celebrations and so much more!
How far in advance should I order?
Our availability calendar will allow you to book orders up to 2 months in advance, however we usually book up around 2 weeks in advance. We recommend placing your order request as soon as you have your parties time/date, theme, guest count and other relevant information.
What happens once I place an order request?
Once you’ve placed an order request, we will review your submission within 48 hours of placing and contact you with an additional questions we may have and send an invoice for your deposit. Once deposit is made, you’re fulling booked and we’ll start to ready items such as 3D printing cookie cutters, ordering packing materials, etc. On the Friday before your scheduled pickup day, you’ll receive a second invoice for the remaining payment. Then 1-2 days before pickup you’ll get a message with any additional information you’ll need for pickup including pickup location, reminder of your window time, pictures of your order, etc.
What kind of payment does Sweet Bee Bakery accept?
We send all invoices over via Bakesy(Stripe) or Square and they except all major debit and credit cards.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) due upon booking and then remaining is due the Friday before your scheduled pickup date.
Does Sweet Bee Bakery ship orders?
At this time we unfortunately don’t offer shipping. Our current food license within the AZ Cottage Food program doesn’t allow shipping outside of AZ and we not setup to handle shipping within the state.
