At this time, we can not provide gluten-free cupcakes. Are you baked goods nut-free? We cannot guarantee that our baked goods are nut-free as some items may contain traces of nuts. There are some cupcakes that can have nut products placed on them. However, we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination. How soon do I need to place an order? Request will be a minimum of three (3) weeks lead time to ensure availability in the contact us section. Your request should include a number of dozen cupcakes, cupcake flavor, icing flavor, date order needed for pickup or delivery. SCS will follow-up within 48 hours of the request to determine if the order can be completed. What is the cupcake minimum? 12 cupcakes in one flavor/icing combination What is pricing based on? Pricing is based on several factors, including but not limited to, cupcake flavor, number of cupcakes, and level of intricacy of design. How do you pay in advance? SBC will send the customer an invoice, and a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to book. Venmo can be used to make the deposit and final payment. Cash is an option for final payment. Deposits and invoices not paid by the due date will be canceled and your request/quote will be null and void. A receipt will be provided to the customer for each order placed. How do customers receive their products? Curbside Pick-Up at SBC and by appointment on due date. Delivery options are available to Sterling, Ashburn, Herndon, Chantilly, and Aldie areas, and will be included on the invoice. If you opt to pick-up cupcakes, a waiver is required to be signed and filed to resolved Sweet Baby Cakes Cupcakery if any damage once the cupcakes have left the premises.
