All orders can be placed directly through our site. Your order is not finalized until it is accepted and any required deposit is paid. Order inquires can also be made via email or direct message on our Facebook and/or Instagram pages. Please be as detailed as possible when placing your order requests so that we may work on reviewing the details and getting your order accepted in a timely manner.

Our current lead time is at least 2 weeks notice. Any order placed less than 2 weeks before the requested due date will be charged a $50 rush fee.

All orders $150 or more require a 35% deposit which is due within 48 hours from time in which order is placed in order to hold your order date and time. Orders under $150 must be paid in full within 48 hours from time in which order is placed in order to hold your order date and time. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!! If an order is canceled within 48 hours of the order due date you may transfer your deposit to ONE future order. For any further cancelations and cancelations under 48 hours a new deposit must be paid for any new orders.

Once your order is accepted you will be sent an invoice with your final total. Once the invoice is sent you will have 48 hours to pay any required deposit, failure to pay deposit within given timeframe will result in order cancelation. All orders must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before order due date. Any order not paid in full at least 48 hours before order due date will be cancelled. No Exceptions. We do not accept cash or checks. All of our current payment methods will be listed on your invoice and can also be found under the payment methods section.

After your order is placed you have 48 hours to make any needed changes to your order. For rush orders please make sure all order details are as needed when ordering. Once your order is placed no changes can be made after 24 hours.

If at anytime you need to cancel/reschedule your order please let us know as soon as you can so that we may accommodate as best as possible.

Sweet As Can Be LLC currently delivers all orders for a fee depending on location. Delivery charge will be included on your invoice. Pickup is available for certain menu items as long as it is discussed ahead of time.

It is expected that all orders be paid for and picked up on time. Payment information and expectations can be found under the payments and deposits tabs. Multiple violations to these policies will result in termination of any future orders.

Sweet As Can Be LLC does not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us via email with detailed information on why you were not satisfied and any supporting photos so that we may better assist in providing the best solution. This must be done no later than 24 hours after services are completed.
