Hi, my name is Megan Fraver! 😊 👩🏻‍🍳

I opened a licensed sourdough micro bakery out of my Lancaster County home in 2024 (near The Tanger Outlets)! I am a wife to an amazing husband, and a mom to 4 resilient kiddos. I am blind and visually impaired from long COVID, but that doesn’t stop me from living my life for Jesus!

I was featured on WGAL News 8, on the front page of The Lancaster Advertiser Newspaper twice, a guest speaker for The Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, Stonecroft Ministries, The Millersville Lioness Lions Club, Lampeter-Strasburg Area Woman’s Club, Tel Hai Camp and Retreat Center, and many churches. I was also Premiere Danse Academy’s Winter and Spring Fundraiser, the 6U LA Dodger’s Sponsor for the 2026 L-S Youth Baseball League, featured in LBC Article Blogs, and Go Fund Me.

I had the opportunity to go to Berlin, Germany in 2021 and 2022, for treatment to gain some of my sight back, which was an absolute miracle! 👁️ 🧠 🦠 🇩🇪 ✈️ 👁️

I was asked to do sourdough raffle baskets for many organizations, and sell wholesale for a few local restaurants/cafe’s. I am the vendor for Vision Corp’s Eye Drop Event fundraiser each year, and a vendor for the “Remember & Bloom” Event fundraiser at Hazel in Bloom Flower Farm.

I also host an “everything sourdough” pop-up shop, one Saturday a month, at Pebbles and Lace Boutique, upstairs in The Lampeter Cafe/Joe on the Go, in Lancaster, PA. 🍞 ☕️ 🛍️ 🍽️

👩🏼‍🎓 I have a BS Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences K-12 Education and an AS Degree in Biblical Studies. 👩🏼‍🎓

👩🏻‍🏫 👩🏻‍🍳 🏫 After graduating from college in 2008, I was offered a job as the lead teacher for The Cooking School at Giant Food Stores in Camp Hill, PA, I then worked at The Milton Hershey School as a Transitional Living Coordinator and a Relief Houseparent for over 10 years, and I was also a part-time Family and Consumer Science teacher at The Lampeter-Strasburg School District (Martin Meylin Middle School).
