Hello! My name is Kindra, and I'm the owner of Surdeig Bakeri. I started my microbakery after struggling to find a safe and healthy bread option for our daughter with severe food allergies. I quickly realized the passion and joy I had for homemade baked goods and sharing them with others! All of my products are made with unbleached, non-enriched flour All creations are also free of dairy, sesame, and artificial dyes.
