FOOD ALLERGY/INGREDIENTS Licensed Cottage Food Home Baker In home micro bakery All products are produced in a home kitchen that processes common food allergens and uses soy, milk, eggs and all types of nuts and wheat. Not subject to public health inspection. Sugar Cookie Ingredients: flour, butter, cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, salt. Royal icing: powdered sugar, corn syrup, meringue powder (egg based ingredient), cream of tartar, vanilla, food coloring *Please see additional list of ingredients on each item under the information tab.

SUGAR COOKIE CARE INSTRUCTIONS Cookies will remain fresh for up to 2-3 weeks if kept in an airtight container or in their individual wrapping. To ensure maximum freshness however enjoy the cookies as soon as possible. If your event is postponed please place the sealed cookies (keep them in the individual bags) into an airtight container and place in your freezer until the time of the event. When you are ready to use them, remove the airtight container from the freezer and let come to room temperature prior to opening. *I would do this step the night before. *DO NOT open the air tight container. This will cause condensation and can ruin your designs and images on the cookies. Once the container and cookies are at room temperature (approximately 12 hours] the cookies are ready to serve. May freeze for up to 3 months. Do not microwave. GOURMET COOKIE CARE INSTRUCTIONS Cookies will remain fresh for approximately 5 days after baking. To ensure maximum freshness please enjoy the cookies as soon as possible. Store your cookies in a sealed airtight container at room temperature. When storing cookies, use wax or parchment paper to separate the layers to prevent sticking together. You may also leave in individual bags. Avoid storing in cool temperatures like a refrigerator as it will dry out your cookies.
