Smash Cakes: $30+

1. Deposit Policy: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your order.
2. Pickup Time:
•Monday - Friday: 10:00AM-6:00PM
•Saturday: 10:00AM - 1:00PM
•Sunday: 10:00AM - 1:00PM
***The pick up time selected at time of order placement is when your order will be ready. I will not change the time unless discussed AND agreed upon at least one day prior.
3. Order Lead Time: Please place your order at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability.
4. Deposit Deadline: Nonrefundable deposit is due within 24 hours of placing your order inquiry to confirm your booking. If deposit is not paid within 24 hours, order will be automatically cancelled.
5. Final Payment: Final payment is due 1 week before the scheduled pickup date. If order is not paid in full at least 1 week prior to pick up (unless otherwise discussed) it will be automatically cancelled.
6. Late/Rush Orders: Orders placed less than 1 week ahead of time are considered late/rush orders and will incur an additional 20% charge to the grand total. If rush orders are not paid in full AT LEAST 24 hours prior to due date, order will be automatically cancelled.
These policies ensure smooth operations and help manage expectations for both you and your customers.
