How do I store my sourdough bread?
Bread in Hawaii goes bad really fast because of the humidity. It is recommended to store it in a paper or plastic bag, and either on the counter or in a bread box to help keep it from drying out. It will last longer if you leave it in the fridge, but will dry out faster.
How do I store my cake/cupcakes until I need it?
It is recommended to keep your cake in the fridge to maintain freshness and prevent the frosting from melting. This also helps to keep away any bugs/pests. If you have an event outside, do not set cake out in the sun to show off. Leave inside, preferably in the fridge or an air conditioned room, until you are ready to serve. You may pull it out 30 minutes before to help bring to room temperature.
Do you sell at markets?
Not currently. We are working our way there! Stay tuned for updates.
