* A $20 minimum order is required for all orders placed outside of promotional sales. * No same-day orders will be accepted unless a sale or special event is taking place. * A 3-day advance notice is required for all standard orders. Orders placed with less than 3 days’ notice are subject to a $25 convenience fee, if accepted. * Custom and party orders require a 4-week advance notice. A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. * Prompt payment is required to secure your order. Payment must be received within 2 hours of your invoice being sent. Unpaid invoices will be canceled after 2 hours, and your order will not be reserved. * Order change request are subject to our sole discretion and may be approved or denied. Order change request are not permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date. * Please arrive during your scheduled pickup time. Orders not picked up within the agreed-upon pickup window may be subject to quality changes. Suga’s Eats & Treats is not responsible for the quality or condition of products after pickup. * ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued unless an error is made on our part. * Pickup is curbside only. Please remain in your vehicle upon arrival, and we will bring your order out to you.
