• No Refunds: All purchases are final. Once your order is placed and paid for, no refunds are available.
• Pickup Instructions: When you arrive, text me — no need to knock. I will bring your order out to you.
• Arrival Notice: Please text when you are 5 minutes away so your order is ready on time.
• Respectful Interaction: Positive and professional communication only. I’ll always match the same energy you give.
• Delivery Fee: A delivery fee applies to all deliveries to cover my time and gas.
• No Rushing: I work alone and take my time to make your treats right. Rushing messages may lead to your order being canceled.

A 30-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your order and payment are forfeited with no refund.
