Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours to secure your order.
Do you deliver?
Currently, I offer curbside pickup only in Moreno Valley on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 AM–1 PM. Same-day or last-minute time changes are not guaranteed.
Do you make exact replicas of photos?
Inspiration photos are welcome, but all designs are custom and may vary slightly in style or color.
Are your items allergen-free?
No. My products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, gluten, nuts, soy, and fruit. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify their guests.
Do you charge extra for themed treats or cakes?
No, themed colors or designs are not extra. Shaped Cake pops are also not extra, if the shape is listed in the options.
I only charge more for custom add-ons such as:
• Character toppers
• Edible images
• Cupcake toppers
• Detailed Cake toppers
• Specialty sticks (rhinestone sticks, honey sticks, etc.)
• Heavy glitter
• Heavy/Large pearls
• Crowns, bows, cherries
• Heavy buttercream vintage design
