TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date.
2. The remaining balance must be paid in full the monday before the order date
3. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued after a deposit has been paid.
4. Design changes requested within seven (7) days of the event date may be denied or subject to additional fees.
5. SugarQueen Bakery LLC is not responsible for damage occurring after pickup, delivery, or customer handling.
6. Customers are responsible for storing the cake in a cool environment and transporting it safely.
7. Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the order.
8. By submitting payment, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions.
