Capabilities & Pricing
Terms and conditions
âDeposits, Payments & Refunds:
The date of the event is considered âbookedâ upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equaling 60% of the total value of the custom order (which is deducted from the total value).
The final payment is due on the date of arranged delivery or pick up.(*delivery or pick up must be arranged prior to the due date as there is a delivery fee added to the final value based on distance/location.)
If the Client fails to submit the required deposit, the order is NOT considered "booked," and the requested order will not be created.
A full refund will only be provided if the order has not yet been started (including creation/ordering of special toppers/materials), if there is an error with the order (or the wrong item is given), otherwise a partial refund may be provided under close consideration at the discretion of the business owner.
A refund will not be provided based on "not liking" the order.
âLiability
SugarN'Spice by Lexy is not responsible for any damage to desserts as a result of methods of transportation facilitated by anyone other than the owner, or as the result of mishandling the order/lack of proper care.
âChanges to an Order
Any changes must be submitted prior to final payment and within 7 days of order due date. Any changes made afterward may be incorporated at the discretion of the business owner, but are not guaranteed.
There will be no changes allowed within 6 days prior to the event.
âAllergy & Dietary Warnings
Our products may contain, and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes common allergens including: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies due to the inability to completely guarantee safety from exposure.
The client is responsible for communicating to guests the potential allergy hazards.

SugarN'Spice by Lexy reserves the right to use all photographs, video, and other content of the custom order for advertising purposes unless otherwise discussed prior to order completion.
