I do a deposit of 50%. Once you've paid, your order will be confirmed. The other half will be due 24 hours before the day of. I am open to delivery within sumter , Columbia , Florence, surrounding areas or meeting halfway. Delivery fee starts at $10.00 and will increase depending on how far you live.

Booking Deposit • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date and begin preparations. • Your order is not considered confirmed until this deposit has been received. Once you or a designated party has picked up an order, it is considered "accepted". I will provide photos to ensure everything is correct such as the design, spelling etc. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves my shop. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the order during transport, setup or anytime after. You will be given instructions on how to transport, carry and store your order upon picking up. A refund will not be honored for customer damage to the order. Please keep in mind cakes are very fragile and damages can happened if not handled or stored properly such as cracks, smears or melting of frosting By placing a order the customer accepts full responsibility of the ordered product from Sugarkraftfrostingsbykeyllc. By leaving the property and accepting the product the customer accepts the products design is acceptable and to the agreed design discussed at the time of ordering, therefor no complaint on design shall be made at a later date. Any damage, contamination or loss of product after collection/delivery is the responsibility of the customer. If SugarKraftfrostingsbykeylIc make a mistake Or If any problems should occur with the product while in my care I will fix the issue and or offer full/partial refund within 24 hours to decide further action

ALL last-minute orders placed the week of Delivery date are required to PAY IN FULL at the time of booking no matter the amount & are subject to a RUSH CHARGE FEE of an added $25!!!
