🍪Options: Custom Piped: $75/dozen Edible Printed: $48/dozen 🍪Traditional sugar cookie with vanilla royal icing 🍪Each cookie comes individually wrapped with ingredient sticker 🍪Cookies are made one week in advance and frozen until your pickup date WHY: -redistributes moisture for a softer bite -maintains ultimate freshness until your due date -allows flavours to fully develop -enables more pickup dates during the week -can take on more of your orders! *freezing does not affect taste or quality! 🍪Cookie freshness can last at least a week in packaging (usually longer) or you can refreeze them for a later date!

🍪Weekly pickup dates: Thursdays and Fridays (8am-6pm) 🍪Porch pickup only: All orders are placed in our pickup box on the front porch before your pickup time. You will receive automated reminders but please be mindful and show up accordingly 🍪Pickup is located on Airport Hill, specific location will be given via invoice 🍪We accept only e-transfer at this time. Cheques will be accepted for corporate orders 🍪 Full payment is required two weeks before your pickup to reserve your date. Payments become non-refundable after this deadline, and no order changes are permitted within two weeks of your pickup date 🍪Please don’t send payment until your order request has been confirmed 🍪Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping or delivery at this time *Please check your junk folder if you haven’t heard back from us in a timely manner*

🍪Salted butter, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, eggs, vanilla extract, meringue powder, icing sugar, corn syrup, food colouring/edible ink 🍪We do NOT offer vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free options

🍪Store cookies at room temp and away from heat or sunlight 🍪Do not refrigerate as this can cause condensation in bag and icing to bleed 🍪Keep in heat sealed packaging for ultimate freshness 🍪Refreezable! Keep in packaging, place cookies in airtight container into the freezer. When ready to eat, take out container but keep lid on until completely thawed (a few hours)

🍪Full payment is required two weeks before your pickup to reserve your date. Payments become non-refundable after this deadline, and no order changes are permitted within two weeks of your pickup date. Unpaid orders may be given to the next customer 🍪A $15 rush fee will be charged to orders placed with under one week’s notice (if availability) 🍪Sugarkiss Cookies only communicates via email. Please ensure your email is entered correctly. Orders may be cancelled if we cannot reach you. We do not personally text or call you, though you will receive Bakesy notifications to your phone if you’ve included your number 🍪 To ensure quality and availability, all custom orders are baked and decorated in advance and stored frozen until the day before pickup. This allows for more pickup dates and ensures optimal freshness. No order changes are permitted within two weeks of your pickup date 🍪Piped cookies: unless given exact design instructions, you agree to give us full creativity when providing inspirational photos 🍪Printed cookies: You are responsible for providing us with the images to be printed 🍪We are not liable for damage after pickup and cannot offer refunds or remakes 🍪 Cookies are handmade in a home bakery. Variations in shape, colour, and design are normal and part of the handmade process 🍪 Not all designs are feasible due to level of difficulty or amount of detail and colours required. We do not offer piped floral decorations 🍪 The longer it takes for you to arrive for your pickup time, the longer your cookies will sit in our pickup box. Although covered, they are still subject to the elements. It is your responsibility to remember and make your pickup time - though we will send out automated reminders prior to. If you don’t pickup on your date we cannot guarantee to be available the next day 🍪We are not responsible to follow up with you if you have not picked up your order 🍪These cookies MAY contain or come into contact with common food allergens. They contain gluten and dairy and are NOT made in a nut-free facility. There is always the potential for cross-contamination even though we do our very best to take all necessary precautions. If you are concerned about any type of allergy, we STRONGLY advise against placing an order!
