Do you offer delivery?
Yes, I offer delivery for an additional fee. Alternatively, you can pick up your order directly from my location.
What is your policy on allergens?
While I take care to follow food safety practices, I operate from a home kitchen, and cross-contact with allergens (such as nuts, gluten, etc.) is possible. If you have severe allergies, please let me know in advance.
What happens if my balance isn’t paid on time?
Orders with unpaid balances by the due date may be canceled and the retainer forfeited.
Can I change my order after booking?
Minor changes may be accepted up to 14 days before pickup, subject to approval. Major changes may affect pricing.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made after booking will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Where are you located?
I operate as a home bakery. Pickup details are provided after your order is confirmed.
What happens if I don’t show up for pickup?
No-show orders are forfeited and considered completed. No refunds will be issued.
