Blueberry Lemon - Bursting blueberry and lemon cake layers, a lemon curd filling and your choice of blueberry buttercream (naturally purple/blue in color) or lemon buttercream. Simple boarder added with dollops of buttercream and blueberries on top.
Key lime cake - delicious tart and sweet cake with a key lime base, lime curd filling and key lime buttercream. Topped with swirls of lime buttercream and fresh lime and lime zest, and given a dusting of crumbs on the sides
Lavender lemon - beautiful lavender and lemon flavors work together for a fresh tart, floral and sweet cake. With a lemon curd filling and lavender lemon buttercream. Simple boarder (option to add additional piping/design), topped with sliced lemon and dried lavender flowers sprinkled.
Strawberry Lemonade - Layers of fresh lemon cake and 1 middle strawberry cake layer, filled with strawberry reduction and lemon curd. Covered in strawberry buttercream and topped with dollops of strawberry buttercream and lemon slices.
Chocolate Silk Cake - For the ultimate chocolate lover, this cake starts with a rich double chocolate base, chocolate chips baked in, filled with a layer of silky chocolate ganache and brown butter vanilla buttercream and finished with a vanilla buttercream (or almond) frosting and swirls, with chocolate shavings.
Italian Cream cake: this super moist flavorful cake is made with coconut and pecans in layers of delicate cake layers. Filled with brown butter vanilla buttercream and frosted with a vanilla buttercream with dollops of buttercream, chopped pecan and toasted coconut on top.
This cake is a staple and the centerpiece of my table. I absolutely love this cake, and so does all of my family. It’s the perfect dessert to serve if you want something that will impress everyone. The cake is moist, rich with flavor and comes with a homemade hot fudge sauce and a light and fluffy whipped center.
