How do I store my cake?
Buttercream and ganache cakes are best stored in their original boxes in the refrigerator up to 24 hours. You may keep your cake or cake slices frozen up to three months by wrapping a double layer of plastic wrap and then foil around the cake.
Cookies may be stored up to 3 months in the freezer if kept in their original packaging and then placed in a Tupperware container.
How do I travel with my cake?
Cake is best on the floor of a cold car. Please drive with care when transporting a cake or cupcakes. It is strongly advised not to place a cake on the seat of the car or in someone’s lap. Keep the cake in a cool place, out of heat or sun, when displaying/serving.
