Policies
Allergen
Our cakes, fillings, and icings may contain or come into contact with allergens such as soy, gluten, wheat, dairy, nuts, and others. Our smallchops and pastry products may contain or come in contact with milk, eggs, peanuts, nuts, cereals containing; gluten, soybeans, sesame, mustard, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, lupin, celery & celeriac. Customers must inform us of any allergy concerns prior to confirming their booking. Additionally, it is the customer's responsibility to communicate allergy information to their guests. We will not be liable for any allergic reactions resulting from cake consumption.
Collection And Delivery
Pickup is available in Costessey, Norwich. The complete address will be provided upon booking. Pickup hours are from Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We also offer flexibility in scheduling to accommodate our customers' needs.

To confirm your order, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that final pricing may vary based on the size, design, and any custom additions requested for your cake.
